Executive Chef

Since taking the helm as Executive Chef of Entice Culinary Lounge in October 2015, Chef Ryan Lall has seamlessly blended his affinity for bold flavors and rustic presentations with a deep appreciation for global cuisine. His culinary journey has been marked by stints at prestigious establishments, including the Legislative Assembly at Queens Park, Metropolitan Hotel, and the Metro Toronto Convention Center, culminating in a role as Sous Chef at Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square. At FRANK Restaurant at the Art Gallery of Ontario, he honed his skills in creative gastronomy, marrying art and cooking to produce visually stunning dishes.
Chef Ryan's diverse experience extends beyond traditional kitchen settings to include offsite catering for high-profile events such as the Molson Indy, Tennis Canada, PGA Tour, and the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. His participation as a presenting chef at the 2013 Toronto Hot and Spicy Festival further underscores his culinary prowess.
With a rich background in restaurant management, banquet operations, and offsite catering, coupled with an unwavering passion for food and flavors, Chef Ryan Lall brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and expertise to Elite Events.
